NHWGA VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!
The USGA Junior championship will be held at the Golf Club of New England on July 13-21, 2012. This is the first time ever that a USGA Championship has been held in New Hampshire. Approximately 900 volunteer shifts will be needed to cover this nine day event.

2012 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship-
We invite you to volunteer for the 2012 USGA Junior Amateur Championship to be held on July 13-21, 2012 at The Golf Club of New England in Stratham, NH. This is the first USGA championship ever held in New Hampshire and we are committed to hosting a warm and well-organized event. This championship will be successful because of the volunteer support of our regional and state golf associations and our community. We want you to share our pride in being part of such a prestigious and historic championship.

Below are brief descriptions of the types of volunteer positions available:
Pre-Championship Setup Practice Range Scoring Volunteer Support Transportation Parking (Onsite and Offsite) On Course Operations Forecaddies Walking Scorers Standard Bearers Post Championship
Caddies (would need to be able to walk 36 holes per day and available the entire championship week should their player make the cut and proceed through match play).
We encourage you to sign up for multiple days and time slots. When you volunteer for one shift, you will receive a uniform consisting of a shirt, nametag and hat. When you volunteer for two shifts, we will give you a wind vest as an extra gift. With three shifts, you will also receive a free round of golf at The Golf Club of New England. Four shifts or more will entitle you to on-site parking.
As we begin to fill all of our required slots, you will be notified of your assignments, training schedule, meal arrangements, parking, transportation and other important details.
